Hyperspectral Cameras

Fixed the existing designs of 2 very high-end Hyperspectral cameras. Cameras had been previously designed, but had manufacturing problems hindering assembly, calibration, and long term reliability. Stepped in and evaluated the design, made the appropriate changes, and documented everything. The customer was relieved to have these older products finally sailing smoothly.

Another Hyperspectral Product

HDR Cameras

Designed housing around the electronics. The imaging array and the TEC both put out so much heat that thermal considerations were very important for proper operation of the camera. Was able to cool system with minimal noise and weight in a pleasing package. Customer was very happy.

Cooling fins on the aluminum housing with a SST airflow shield. Super small fans on each side for low noise, yet directed airflow across fins adequately.
